Payment Request

Our Payment Request solution is a non-financial message which allows you to request a payment from a payer. The payment request is submitted electronically and can be sent to FNB/RMB-banked and non-FNB/RMB-banked payers. The payer will receive a payment request notification and can then search, view and pay using various channels. Our Payment Request solution is available as an API - providing a seamless and interoperable option to collect on: outstanding bills, invoices and arrears when traditional debit orders fail, as well as real time merchant/ecommerce payment requests.
